Return & Refund Policy

At KYKY BOUTIQUE LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.

Process:
Please contact us at kykyboutique@outlook.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued as store credit or to your original payment method (depending on eligibility) within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

We do not accept returns without prior authorization.
